THE SHOWDOWN: New Footage From Recording Studio Posted Online

Newly released video footage from the recording sessions for THE SHOWDOWN's third full-length album, "Back Breaker", can be viewed below. In this latest clip, vocals are being added to the tracks "Acheilles - The Back Breaker" and "Hepheastus - The Hammer of the Gods" with some extra features thrown in.

THE SHOWDOWN will release "Back Breaker" on August 19 via Solid State Records.

Vocalist David Bunton commented on the new album: "'Back Breaker' is the sum of our band's raw power, aggression, and total dedication to heavy metal. It's all about our band getting what we do live on tape. 'Back Breaker' is the record THE SHOWDOWN made when we stopped caring about anything but heavy metal. If a riff is heavy, you don't have to over think it. Just let it crush you. We are 100% dedicated to heavy metal and pushing ourselves to playing it as loud and rude as possible."
